Poppy Seed Roasted Cauliflower

Poppy Seed Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

Serves 2-4

  • 1 whole head of cauliflower
  • ¼ cup of sugar & fat free poppy seed dressing
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt (omit for hypertension)
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves.
  3. Place it in a baking tray and brush the poppy seed to cover it entirely.
  4. Sprinkle sea salt, black pepper and dried parsley.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Let it cool down, serve.
  7. Enjoy!
