Kefir Pear and Pomegranate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened low fat kefir
  • 1 chopped pear
  • 3 tbsp of pomegranate seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder, such as pea protein or collagen
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 packs of stevia

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 25 seconds.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
