Garlic Carrot Soup

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 4 steamed carrots
  • 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of garlic
  • ⅛ tsp of black pepper
  • Fresh Basil (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients until fully incorporated.
  2. If desired, heat on the stove or microwave.
  3. Serve with basil, enjoy!
