Easy Mango Protein Mousse

This easy “mousse” is a healthy dessert that is high in protein to prevent a blood sugar spike and has the tropical flavor of mango. 1 cup of mango contains over half your daily vitamin C! Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of fresh mango
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- ¼ cup of stevia or monk fruit
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth, serve cool or frozen. Enjoy!
