Easy Mango Protein Mousse

This easy “mousse” is a healthy dessert that is high in protein to prevent a blood sugar spike and has the tropical flavor of mango. 1 cup of mango contains over half your daily vitamin C! Easy Mango Protein Mousse

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of fresh mango
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • ¼   cup of stevia or monk fruit

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth, serve cool or frozen. Enjoy!
