Cinnamon Fig Oat Bites

Figs and cinnamon amp up the nutrients and flavor of this simple recipe. Cinnamon Fig Oat Bites

Ingredients

Makes 18 bites

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of peanut butter powder
  • ¾ cup of dried figs 
  • ½ cup of granulated monk fruit
  • 2 tbsp of cinnamon
  • ½ cup of water

Instructions

  1. Place the figs in a mug, add about ½ cup of water and microwave for 2 minutes, and let it cool down to get them fully soft. Drain the water.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until fully incorporated (you can use a mixer or your hands).
  3. Scoop 2 tbsp of the mix per bite, roll into a ball and place on wax paper. 
  4. Freeze for a couple of hours. 
  5. Enjoy!
