Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ice
  • ½  cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder, such as pea protein or collagen
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 25 seconds.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
