Sandwiches can be simple but packed with nutrients at the same time! In this healthy sandwich, we get two different sources of healthy fats: avocados and salmon. Salmon is high in omega-3s that may help decrease inflammation and support brain health. Using sprouted grain versus regular whole grain bread helps the body absorb its nutrients better. This sandwich provides almost a whole day’s worth of vitamin D, 571 mg of omega-3s, and 27 grams of high quality protein.
