Avocado and Ham Quesadilla

Ingredients

Makes 1 quesadilla

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • ½ cup of part skim cheese
  • 1 slice of ham
  • ¼ piece of an avocado

Instructions

  1. Heat the tortilla on a skillet.
  2. Top with cheese, ham and sliced avocado.
  3. Fold the tortilla and cook both sides for 1 minute or until the cheese has fully melted.
  4. Enjoy!
