Snickerdoodle Rice Cookie

Ingredients

  • 2 rice cakes
  • 3 tbsp of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of egg whites
  • 3-4 packets of stevia or monk fruit
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Blend the rice cake until you get a flour consistency.
  3. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and create a ball with the dough, you can add extra cinnamon.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes.
