Super Green Mango Ginger Smoothie

The combination of frozen banana and frozen mango in this smoothie makes it nearly as creamy as an ice cream but with all the benefits from whole foods, nothing artificial and also free from added sugars. Bananas are high in fiber and potassium, while mangos are a great source of vitamin A and folate. Spinach adds more vitamins, minerals and fiber, making this a filling and nutrient-dense smoothie!

Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3-4 packs of stevia
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 25 seconds.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
