This tropical smoothie is refreshing, delicious, and perfect for hot days! Pineapple contains nutrients like vitamin C and may aid digestion due to its high content of an enzyme called bromelain. Cherries are high in antioxidants to fight inflammation and disease. Coconut is high in fat and Greek yogurt provides protein to round out this smoothie.

Ingredients
Serves 1
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 packets stevia
- ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup cherries
- ¼ cup pineapple, chopped
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 25 seconds.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
