This unique combination of ingredients makes for a delicious smoothie! Plums, pears and oats are great sources of fiber which promote healthy digestion. Oats may also help lower cholesterol due to their high beta-glucan content, a form of soluble fiber that binds with cholesterol in our bile and helps rid it from the body. Beta-glucan may also help regulate blood sugar levels.
Tip: add protein powder to your smoothies to make them more nutritious and filling. You can also choose collagen protein if you don’t like the flavor of regular protein powder.
