Poppy Seed Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
Serves 2-4
- 1 whole head of cauliflower
- ¼ cup of sugar & fat free poppy seed dressing
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt (omit for hypertension)
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves.
- Place it in a baking tray and brush the poppy seed to cover it entirely.
- Sprinkle sea salt, black pepper and dried parsley.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Let it cool down, serve.
- Enjoy!
