Strawberry Cheesecake Oats

A simple and delicious antioxidant and fiber rich breakfast or snack, these oats feature cottage cheese – a great source of calcium, probiotics and 16 grams of protein! This is a creamy, low sugar breakfast or snack option with a delicious “cheesecake” twist.

Strawberry Cheesecake Oats


Serves 1

  • ⅓ cup of gluten-free oats
  • 3 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk, heated in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes
  • ½ cup of low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup of chopped strawberries


  1. Mix the oats with monk fruit, vanilla and hot almond milk.
  2. Microwave for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Top with cottage cheese and strawberries, enjoy!
