Spicy Ranch Chicken Skillet

This recipe is high protein, low carb and perfect for dinner or lunch! You just need one baking dish and your oven for this easy chicken recipe that you can enjoy with corn tortillas, rice or quinoa. This is a paleo, high protein, gluten free and keto friendly recipe.

Ingredients
Serves 4
For the Chicken
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of green salsa
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp of ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño
Method
- Preheat the oven at 370F.
- Add the cubed chicken.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and cover.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Enjoy!
