Raspberry and Grape Parfait

This parfait is an easy, low fat and sugar free protein snack using grapes and raspberries: great sources of antioxidants and vitamins. It’s also perfect for summer!

Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 cup of sugar and fat free Greek yogurt
- 4 packs of stevia or monk fruit
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of grapes
- ¼ cup of raspberries
Instructions
- Mix the Greek yogurt with stevia and vanilla.
- Add the yogurt to a bowl or jar, and top with grapes and raspberries.
- Enjoy!
