Pomegranate Guava Smoothie

This recipe is an easy fruit smoothie, featuring antioxidants from pomegranate seeds and the vitamin C from guava to support immunity and skin health over the winter months. Add optional whipped cream for a creamier flavor.

Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- ½ cup of frozen guava
- ¼ cup of pomegranate arils (frozen or fresh)
- ⅓ cup of greek yogurt (sugar & fat free)
- 1 ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4-6 packs of stevia
Optional Topping
- Whipped Cream (sugar-free)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 30-35 seconds.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass, top with whipped cream (optional) and enjoy!
