Pomegranate Guava Smoothie

This recipe is an easy fruit smoothie, featuring antioxidants from pomegranate seeds and the vitamin C from guava to support immunity and skin health over the winter months. Add optional whipped cream for a creamier flavor.

Pomegranate Guava Smoothie

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • ½ cup of frozen guava
  • ¼ cup of pomegranate arils (frozen or fresh)
  • ⅓ cup of greek yogurt (sugar & fat free)
  • 1 ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4-6 packs of stevia

Optional Topping 

  • Whipped Cream (sugar-free)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 30-35 seconds.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass, top with whipped cream (optional) and enjoy!
