Pineapple Kiwi Star Fruit Salad

Easy, fresh and great for digestion! Pineapple and kiwi have enzymes that improve digestion, while also being high in vitamin C. Star fruit is also a great source of vitamin C. This recipe works great for breakfast, snack or dessert and will get you excited for spring!

Ingredients
(Serves 1-2)
- 3 cups of chopped pineapple
- 1 chopped kiwi
- 1 sliced star fruit
- ¼ cup of yogurt (fat & sugar-free)
- 1 tsp Poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and chop the fruit. You can leave the skin on the kiwi and star fruit!
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve. Enjoy!
