These easy and flavorful low-fat peanut butter clusters make a great snack. This recipe is low in sugar and vegan friendly!

Peanut Butter Clusters


Serves 2-4

  • ½ cup of raw oats
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ cup of peanut butter powder
  • ¼ cup of granulated monk fruit or stevia
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 banana 
  • 2 tbsp of water


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Heat banana in the microwave for 1 minute. Mash with a fork.
  3. Mix all the ingredients very well.
  4. Spread the batter in a 8×8 silicone baking dish.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, cut into pieces and enjoy with nut milk or fresh fruit!
