Golden Milk Peach Smoothie

A delicious snack, breakfast or dessert! This creamy and antioxidant rich smoothie is a healthy option – the combination of flavors is perfect. Feel free to add a scoop of organic pea protein or grass-fed protein to make it more satisfying and a great post-workout treat.

Golden Milk Peach Smoothie


Serves 1

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk 
  • ½ tsp of turmeric
  • 4 packets of stevia or monk fruit
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of frozen peaches
  • OPTIONAL: 1 scoop of prefered protein powder


  1. Blend all the ingredients and serve.
  2. Enjoy!
