Easy Banana Split

Need a fun, gluten-free, delicious snack? This treat is great for your mornings or afternoons. Powdered peanut butter and plain, nonfat Greek yogurt reduces the fat content, while strawberries add flavor and antioxidants!
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 banana sliced in half
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter in powder (prepared with water)
- ¼ cup of low-fat & sugar-free yogurt
- ¼ cup of sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Peel and slice the banana in half lengthwise.
- Mix the peanut butter powder with enough water to make it creamy.
- Place the banana on a plate and add the yogurt, peanut butter and strawberries.
