Curry Air Fried Tofu

This recipe is easy, flavorful and high protein thanks to the tofu! Tofu also happens to be low calorie, delicious and packed with nutrients like isoflavones, which are powerful antioxidants. Enjoy this plant-based protein dish with steamed veggies and rice!
Ingredients
- 1 block of organic extra firm tofu (drained)
- 3 tbsp of low fat curry sauce
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp of black pepper
To Serve:
- 1 cup of steamed mixed vegetables
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Add the seasonings and curry sauce on top of the tofu and place in a baking dish or your air fryer.
- Air fry for 25 minutes (or bake for 30 minutes at 350F.)
- Serve with steamed vegetables and enjoy!
