The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the California healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the lab and clinical market infrastructure and have established connections with key market players and decision-makers.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling our lab services and Kyla Cards. Kyla Cards enable users to complete major blood work from the comfort of their homes with a simple finger prick and a few drops of blood. Our at-home lab panels deliver accurate analyses of critical data points, such as HbA1C, Testosterone, and Comprehensive Metabolic Panels.

What you need to succeed:

  • Significant experience in the California healthcare industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the lab and clinical market infrastructure.
  • A strong network of connections with key market players and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and sales roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

  • Experience in selling lab services or diagnostic services.

What will you do:

  • Actively sell Kyla’s lab services and Kyla Cards to healthcare providers and consumers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to help refine product offerings and business strategies.
