Peanut Butter Clusters

These easy and flavorful low-fat peanut butter clusters make a great snack. This recipe is low in sugar and vegan friendly!
Ingredients
Serves 2-4
- ½ cup of raw oats
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- ½ cup of peanut butter powder
- ¼ cup of granulated monk fruit or stevia
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp of water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Heat banana in the microwave for 1 minute. Mash with a fork.
- Mix all the ingredients very well.
- Spread the batter in a 8×8 silicone baking dish.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, cut into pieces and enjoy with nut milk or fresh fruit!
