Low Carb Salmon Cake

This is a simple, low fat lunch or dinner idea that’s versatile and delicious! One salmon cake boasts 71 grams of lean protein, which will support your muscles and keep you feeling full. Nutrition tip: choose sustainable, canned salmon and have it as a staple in your pantry for an easy protein option!

Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 1 fillet of cooked, sustainably raised salmon (or 1 3.75 oz can of salmon)
- 1/3 cup of egg whites
- 1/2 tsp of garlic
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of chopped onion
- 2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp of salt free taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Mix all the ingredients very well in a bowl.
- Transfer to a small baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 355.
- Serve with vegetables and enjoy!
