Chipotle Lime Blackberry Chicken

Sweet, spicy and simply flavorful! This healthy chicken recipe is low fat, high protein and sugar free. It’s also a good source of antioxidants, thanks to the blackberries.
Ingredients
(Serves 5)
- 5 chicken breasts
- 2 packs of stevia
- ½ tsp of black pepper
- 1 lime
- 2-3 tbsp of chipotle sauce
- ¾ cup blackberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Blend the blackberries in a food processor or seal in a zip lock bag and mash.
- Place the chicken breast in an iron baking skillet and season with sea salt, black pepper, stevia, squeeze the lime, add the chipotle sauce and blackberries.
- Mix well.
- Bake for 55 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
