Blueberry Peach Feta Salad

This salad is easy to make and packed with nutrients and flavors. It is low in sodium, low in saturated fat and high in fiber, making it a great option if you have high blood pressure or high cholesterol. It features blueberries and peaches – a delicious combination that mixes perfectly with the fresh cucumbers, basil and feta cheese. Top with your favorite dressing, balsamic glaze, or oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 peach
- ½ cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp of low-fat feta cheese
- 5-6 leaves of fresh basil
Instructions
- Wash the blueberries, peach, basil and cucumber.
- Peel and slice the cucumber and peach, serve with the rest of the ingredients.
- Top with your favorite dressing (optional).
- Enjoy!
