Berries and Yogurt Air Fryer Churro Tostada

This tostada recipe is an easy, delicious, low sugar snack using a whole wheat tortilla instead of fried batter. This works great as a breakfast, snack or dessert! You’ll be getting 18 grams of protein and up to 27 grams of fiber in one tostada. You will need an air fryer for a crispy tortilla.
Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 1 whole wheat, high fiber tortilla
- ½ pack of granulated monk fruit
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- ⅓ cup of low-fat & sugar-free greek yogurt
- ¼ cup of mixed berries
Instructions
- Sprinkle the cinnamon and stevia on top of the tortilla and air fry for 4 minutes at 380F.
- Serve with Greek yogurt and berries.
