About the opportunity
Kyla is looking for a highly-creative Digital Growth manager. This role is an exciting opportunity to help build and execute a digital growth and success strategy for our existing and new app-based products. You will lead digital growth initiatives and programs that focus on Kyla customer personas. Your primary targets will not only include driving engagement, adoption as well as the future growth of our Digital customer base. You’ll own and manage targets associated with consumption, renewal, and churn metrics. You will be deep in the data, monitoring and optimizing your programs along the way.
— Understand deeply the lifecycle of customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization;
— Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion;
— Developing strategies to increase customer retention by identifying customer needs and providing excellent service;
— Creating campaigns and strategies that can attract more customers to the business;
— Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new products or services within current markets;
— Conducting research about competitors in order to identify opportunities for the company to gain market share;
— Partner with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale;
— Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics and creative to meet ambitious growth targets;
— Work with a few projects simultaneously (AI-driven mob app, AI API as serves).
— Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
— Knowledge of marketing app-based products OR experience in start-ups/launching new products;
— Proven experience in growing user databases off app-based products from scratch to tens of thousands of active users;
— Previous digital marketing experience including acquisition, conversion, and retention;
— Confident in executing paid and organic campaigns across all digital channels (for example using Google or Facebook Ads);
— Good knowledge of content management systems and SEO practices;
— The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans;
— A creative approach;
— An energetic and willing attitude;
— Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, engineers, analysts, and product managers;
— The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives.
