About the opportunity
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our “AI as a Serves” product. It’s basically an AI engine that can diagnose and predict diseases based on the current health condition of a person.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. This position offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you can utilize your business acumen and relationship-building skills to make a significant impact.
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, target markets, and emerging industry trends.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects for business expansion.
- Develop and Execute Business Strategies:
Collaborate with senior management to define the organization’s business goals and strategies.
Create comprehensive business development plans that align with the overall company objectives.
Implement strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
- Lead Sales and Client Acquisition Efforts:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor Marketing Trends and Competition Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify market gaps and differentiate our offerings.
Utilize market insights to refine our business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with Closs-function Teams:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.
Provide valuable market feedback to internal teams for product enhancements and improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
As a Plus:
Experience in Population Health, Health Insurance, Labs, Pharmacy, and Health Practice.
