The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team and drive client engagement. In this fully remote role, our new Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying potential opportunities, using various communication strategies to initiate sales interactions, qualifying inbound sales leads, and following up on marketing-qualified prospects. This position also includes a strong likelihood of travel for trade shows and conferences.

What you need to succeed:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in Healthcare SaaS.
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce.com.
  • A solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal abilities to comfortably engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • A highly coachable attitude with a thirst for continuous learning.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

What You’ll Do

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage and optimize Salesforce daily.
  • Prospecting: Conduct outreach via calls, emails, social platforms like LinkedIn, and respond promptly to marketing-generated leads.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead by actively researching industry trends, competitive products, and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead Engagement: Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to enhance products and processes.
  • Lead Management: Respond to inbound leads and complete follow-up tasks efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Partner with closers and product specialists to deliver the most qualified prospects to the team.
