Requirements:
— Experience as a Product Manager in the Healthcare domain;
— Understanding of APIs;
— Experience in building AI-based products utilizing Large Language Models;
— Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements;
— Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle;
— Excellent teamwork skills;
— Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority;
— Fluent English;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
As a plus:
— Working experience with databases like MySQL and knowledge of basic SQL;
— Experience with clinician medical records system.
Responsibilities:
— Drive the development of the Healthcare platform;
— Be available to interact with the business team and users from 8 am PST (18:00 Ukraine) till noon PST (22:00 Ukraine);
— Work with the business team to define the product strategy and roadmap;
— Deliver Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and corresponding justification;— Collaborate with the development team to define the scope of work for each sprint based on project priorities and objectives;
— Coordinate app functionality with our clinical and development team;
— Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities;
— Be an expert with respect to the competition and the market;
— Act as a leader within the company.
