They\u2019re gluten free, have no added sugar, and provide a little of your daily fiber.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com\/kyla.com-wordpress\/p\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/23091058\/Apple-Cinnamon-Frosted-Rolls-576x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57052\" width=\"752\" height=\"1325\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Apple Cinnamon Frosted Rolls<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Serves 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Rolls:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>3 sheets of rice paper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 whole apple<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp of cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u215b tsp of cardamom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp of vanilla extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tsp of monk fruit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Frosting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup of powdered granulated monk fruit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp of vanilla extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Wash and chop the apple, place it on a bowl and mix with the cinnamon, cardamom, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 4 packets of stevia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microwave for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soak the rice papers in warm water and lay them on a chopping board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put a third of the apple mixture onto each rice paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll the rice paper like a burrito.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Air fry for 8 minutes at 380F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix \u00bd cup monk fruit, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 2 Tbsp almond milk for the frosting.
