Required skills:

— Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools;
— Knowledge of IT company structures and positions;
— Logical and analytical thinking;
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
— Flexibility and adaptability;
— Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously;
— Upper-Intermediate English level;

Will be a plus:

— Sourcing courses;
— Experience of working with different recruitment platforms (both US-based and in Ukraine);
— Knowledge of different technologies that are used in development and understanding of their specifics;

Responsibilities:

— Sorcing new candidates for the technical and medical positions;
— Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, Djinni);
— Coordinate with hiring manager to determine position requirements;
— Manage interview scheduling and feedback sharing;
— Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
— Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
